'Careful with your Care'
CROSSINFECTION CONTROL
With the understandable public concerns about the potential risk of catching diseases like HIV and Hepatitis during dental treatment we want to assure you that every precaution is taken to safeguard you against these risks.
Whenever treatment is required, a fresh tray of instruments is used for each patient seen. Instruments are routinely sterilising by heat in an autoclave. Many instruments including drills are sterilised in single use packs. Non sterilisable items such as cups, paper towels, bibs are disposed of after use. Protective gloves (Latex and non latex) are always worn and discarded after each use in the mouth.
Work surfaces, handles, tubings and lights are cleaned after every patient with antiviral/antibacterial wipes.
Jonathan Munns' surgery is a safe place to receive your dental care.

We will check your medical history for any updates at each checkup.
